Clinic Office Personnel

Overview

We are expanding our team! Rooks County Health Center has an opening for a full-time office position at our Plainville Clinic location.  As the first contact with our patients and staff, the ideal candidate will have an understanding of quality patient care, customer service, strong communication skills, a passion for collaborating with others and working knowledge of billing and insurance. Previous experience in billing, coordinating payment plans and resolving customer service issues is helpful, however we are supportive in helping any candidate accelerate those skills. Computer knowledge and experience is required.  RCH offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.  Must pass a POET, physical and drug screen test.
