Member Service Representative

Overview

Prairie Land is seeking a full-time Member Service Representative (MSR) in our Norton office that is highly motivated and member oriented. The successful candidate must have excellent language and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and must be detail oriented to perform all aspects of member requests over the telephone and in person. Extensive knowledge of computers and software including Microsoft Office products is required.  Regular attendance is a must to serve our members and support the member support team.
