Overview
Mitchell County Hospital Health Systems has an immediate opening for a part-time Patient Registration Clerk in our Emergency Room Department. The Patient Registration Clerk is responsible for inpatient / outpatient registrations for MCHHS. Obtains proper patient identification, demographics, and financial information to adequately register the patient in a positive encounter. Maintains a professional image and a constant focus on providing excellent customer service to patients and families. Day time hours, varied days, and a rotating holiday schedule. Qualifications
- High School graduate or its equivalent
- Computer operator skills is required
- Previous experience in a hospital setting preferred
