Job Title: Deburring Technician
Responsible for the primary cleaning, secondary detection and removal of foreign objects and debris with special handling of sensitive products. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred, but not required. Includes on-the-job training.

Duties include but are not limited to:

– Adherence to established cleaning, deburring practices and/or customer specific requirements.
– Reads router, deburring op sheets and/or instructions from Management to determine cleaning or deburring needs.
– Learning the steps of cleaning/deburring, the different types of materials, and correct application of those processes.
– Follows all quality management system regulations for conformance to ISO 9001, AS9100 and follows safety regulations outlined by OSHA.

Requirements:  High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
