Overview
New Age is seeking applicants to fill openings for Full-Time Fabricators in the Sheet Metal shop. This job is located in Norton, KS. Experience is preferred, but not required. We are always willing to train motivated individuals with the right aptitude in industrial production work. Applicant must have mathematics skills and the ability to calculate various measurements. EOE.
Job Responsibilities:
-Work primarily in the sheet metal side of the Fabrication Department
-Work with late model flat & coiled sheet metal, punch, shear & bend equipment.
-Work both independently & with teammates on projects
-Maintain clean/safe work habits & workspace
-Willing to be flexible in duties and assignments
-Perform repetitive tasks that require light to medium/heavy lifting
Qualifications:
-Previous Experience in Fabricating, Welding, Manufacturing or Related Fields Preferred, but Not Required
-We are always willing to train motivated individuals with the right aptitude in industrial production work that want to join our team.
-Basic Mathematic skills – Add, Subtract, Divide, Multiply & Use a Fractional Tape Measure
